About
The exhibition brings together works by the FoRTE#8 (Regional Fund for Emerging Talent) visual arts award winners with works from the Frac Île-de-France collection. This encounter between different generations of artists reveals connections and contrasting perspectives on the forms and challenges of contemporary art. This new edition showcases the diversity of artistic practices within the young art scene in the Île-de-France region: sculpture, multimedia installations, interactive video, performance, collaborative writing, and sound art. Through their unique approaches, the artists explore the transformations of our societies and the relationships we maintain with our environment. Working conditions, cultural legacies, domestic violence, and the relationship between the body and technology thus become the starting point for new visual and narrative forms.
