Afterglow is a new exhibition inspired by the power of light and heat in producing remarkable objects of contemporary craftsmanship — from the flames of a potter's kiln and the illumination that vitalizes functional artworks to the intense temperatures that mold glass and metal. Opening at Carpenters in Los Angeles, the exhibition brings together a group of pioneering creative figures from around the world whose innovative approaches to form and functionality help shape the global landscape of collectible design.
