Let That Shit Go...

We live in a time of excess. Images, opinions, notifications, and demands for attention accumulate faster than we can process them. The result is a constant state of overload where focus fragments, pressure builds, and exhaustion becomes a shared condition of contemporary life. When everything competes for attention, holding it all together becomes impossible. Instead of resisting this condition, Let That Shit Go… asks what happens when we stop trying to manage the noise and allow things to unravel. This open call invites artists to respond to overload, burnout, distraction, emotional fatigue, repetition, and release. We are interested in works that reflect the pressure of contemporary culture, as well as the strange humor, absurdity, or relief that can emerge from loosening control. Rather than offering solutions, this exhibition creates space for collapse, detachment, refusal, and letting go.
