ALEX MARGO ARDEN

Alex Margo Arden (1994, Croydon, UK) presents a solo exhibition across multiple spaces of the Nicoletta Fiorucci Foundation, comprising a new body of work that continues her research into how events, histories, and images are understood and made visible in new contexts. Drawing on theatrical methodologies, Arden uses remaking and reperformance to examine how history is produced and restaged, questioning authority, authenticity, and labour. Arden is the first recipient of the Nicoletta Fiorucci Foundation Prize at Frieze London, awarded for her presentation By All Accounts with Ginny on Fredrick in the Focus section of Frieze London 2025 by a jury comprising Nicoletta Fiorucci, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Lydia Ourahmane, and Vittoria de Franchis.
