About

Hong Kong artist Flyingpig (Wong Wing-shan) engages in a cross-generational dialogue with Wu Guanzhong's _The Window's Eye_ by creating an immersive installation _Light Entry_. Responding to the painting's signature act of "framing the city through a window", this work combines moving images with paintings to capture thousands of windows across the public estates lighting up one by one at night, illustrating the humanistic sentiment behind the urban landscape. The work is on display alongside the "Wu Guanzhong Art Sponsorship Thematic Exhibition Series: Wu Guanzhong: Encountering Landscapes", guiding the audience to discover the secrets behind the unconventional creations of Wu with a contemporary mindset. This exhibition is made possible by "Wu Guanzhong Art Sponsorship: Cross-disciplinary Series".
