About

LUMA is proud to host the capstone works of Loyola Fine Arts and Visual Communication seniors. Spanning multiple disciplines and mediums, Results May Vary brings together independently developed projects shaped by each artist's interests, questions, and ways of working. There is no shared prompt guiding the work in this exhibition. Each artist sets their own direction, deciding what to explore and how to approach it. Some projects emerge from personal or cultural inquiry, others from materials, visual systems, process, or communication with an audience. The work moves between craft, experimentation, conceptual thinking, and design, reflecting the different goals and processes across disciplines. Seen together, the exhibition captures a group of emerging practitioners figuring out how they think, how they make, and what they care about. Each project reflects a different set of experiences and priorities. As the title suggests, the outcomes are as varied as the students who made them.
