KÖNIG TELEGRAPHENAMT presents FUGUE IN OXIDE by Alexander Wertheim, the artist’s second solo exhibition with the gallery. Wertheim's works explore the relationship between rationality and emotion. The grid mesh exudes a sense of clarity and structure. It visually engages the viewer in a captivating interplay, where opposing tendencies coexist and create a dialogue within the pictorial space. After having used enamel paint dispersed with aerosol in previous years, Wertheim turned to acrylic paint applied with brushes in 2025.
